Villa Conchi Brut Selection
Villa Conchi Brut Selection is a sparkling wine produced in the Cava region of Spain. It is made using the traditional method of bottle fermentation, where the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, creating its characteristic bubbles.
This brut selection is made from a blend of Macabeo, Xarello, and Parellada grape varieties. On the nose, it presents floral and fruity aromas, with notes of green apple, citrus, and white flowers. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with a fine mousse and a balanced acidity that brings out the flavors of citrus and apple, with a touch of almond on the finish.
It is a versatile wine that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with a variety of dishes, such as seafood, salads, and light appetizers. It is recommended to serve it chilled, between 6-8°C (42-46°F).
