Andreola Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG Spumante Dry is a sparkling wine produced in the Valdobbiadene region of Italy using the Glera grape variety.
 
The Cartizze vineyards are located in a small hilly area of just 107 hectares, where the soil is particularly rich in minerals and the climate is influenced by the nearby mountains, resulting in a unique terroir.
 
This wine is a light yellow color with golden reflections and has a persistent and fine perlage. On the nose, it offers intense floral and fruity aromas, with notes of ripe golden apple, pear, and acacia flowers. On the palate, it is fresh, harmonious, and elegant, with a pleasant sweetness balanced by a crisp acidity.
 
This wine is a great aperitif and also pairs well with light appetizers, fish dishes, and delicate desserts. It is best served chilled at a temperature between 6-8°C.
