In Pavie, maturity is essential, a deep and dense purple, the color confirms the quality of exposure of the vineyard. Nose dominated by blond wood, jammy black fruit, on the palate the wine has a powerful and suave texture at the same time, very beautiful substance, a pretty grain, still on the sweetness of a new oak with this sweet note . Very long finish, and full of power, underlying salinity. Beautiful proof of maturity in a complicated vintage, a wine that will master time.
